His Grace Archbishop Michael Curry the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church of the United States of America visited the Cathedral on Sunday 17th November 2019. He was joined by a team of persons from the Episcopal Relief & Development (ERD) a Mission partner of the Diocese of Colombo. His Grace preached at the Service on 17th November and celebrated at the Service of Holy Eucharist together with Rt. Revd Dhiloraj Canagasabey, Bishop of Colombo, Rt. Rev. Keerthisiri Fernando, Bishop of Kurunegala and the Rev. Canon Chuck Robertson, Canon to the Presiding Bishop. His Grace Archbishop Michael Curry together with the ERD team are making a pilgrimage in Sri Lanka visiting the work that is supported by ERD.
